• Website and form data from our admissions / enquire forms and WhatsApp or call follow-ups logged by our staff.
• Technical data such as browser type, device, IP address, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site secure and working.

2. How we use your information

We process this information to:

• Respond to admissions enquiries and share course, fee, and campus information.
• Follow up by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email about Intermediate admissions for the academic year you asked about.
• Manage leads received through Meta lead ads, Google, WhatsApp, and our website in our admissions CRM.
• Improve our website, ads, and counselling process, and meet legal or regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We use Meta lead data only to contact people who submitted our forms or to manage those leads in our authorised CRM.

3. Legal basis and consent

By submitting an enquiry form, lead ad form, or contacting us, you consent to us using your details for admissions counselling and related follow-up. You may withdraw consent at any time (see deletion requests below).

4. Sharing

We may share data with:

• Our authorised staff and Brand Crafter World (our marketing / CRM support partner) solely to handle your enquiry.
• Service providers that host our website, CRM, WhatsApp Business, or Meta Platforms, Inc., as needed to deliver those services.
• Authorities when required by law.

5. Storage and retention

Enquiry and lead records are kept in our admissions systems for as long as needed for counselling, admission processing, and legitimate business records, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

6. How to request deletion of your data

Please include the phone number or email you used when enquiring so we can locate your record. We will process valid requests within a reasonable time.

7. Meta (Facebook / Instagram) lead ads

When you submit a lead form on our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta shares the information you entered with us. Our Meta app “Panchajanya CRM Leadgen” retrieves those leads so our admissions team can contact you. Meta’s own practices are described in Meta’s Data Policy.
